How do I schedule a private shopping appointment?

To allow for proper staffing private appointments require a minimum of 24 hour notice

When can I pick my order up?

You can pick your order up during any regular store hours

How do I know my order is ready for pick-up

You will receive  a notification by email when your order is ready for pickup but you may come before you receive notification, just call when you arrive and give us about 1 5 minutes to package your order.

How do I pick up?

You may stay in your car and call us at 309-693-1300 and we will run your package out to you 

or you may pop into Blue and pick it up.

How do I select pick up?

At checkout there will be an option for pick up and you will not be charged shipping.  You may also pick your order up at Lucky Charlie, just indicate this preference in special instructions at check out.
