Returns

If you should need to facilitate a return please follow the guidelines below:


- In store purchases: please return your items within 7 days of purchase date, no returns will be accepted after this date.


- Shipped orders: please return your items with a postmark no more than 10 days past the original shipping date, no returns will be accepted after this date.  


- Curb side pick up orders: please return your items within 10 days of the order date, no returns will be accepted after this date.

-Items returned must be unworn, unstained, unwashed, unaltered and in perfect condition, with all tags still attached. Shoes must show no signs of wear on bottom and be in original, undamaged box. We reserve the right to refuse or give partial refunds based on the condition of the item.


-Refunds for Venmo transactions will be refunded via Venmo. Refunds for credit card transactions will be refunded to the original credit card. Refunds for pay pal transactions will be returned thru pay pal. Allow 7 days for refunds.
