Why we only sell in person and only take orders by text or call
Our joy comes from interacting, connecting and assisting our guests. Selling from a website felt impersonal and cold and frankly we didn't like it. We want to serve you by personally assisting you with your order in a pressure free way. To order you can call us or text message us and speak to an actual person. No menus, no robo talk. We can text additional photos, guide you through selecting sizes and colors, suggest styles and answer any questions you have. Easy to navigate tabs let us best share events, hours and services. We think this method is the perfect mix of old school customer service and modern day convenient browsing. You deserve the best of both and we are here to give them to you.
Of course our favorite way to serve you is in person in our pretty little shop but we know that sometimes a visit to Blue in person just isn't possible. We love seeing you but helping over the phone is a close second, don't hesitate to reach our for any need you may have.
